We believe that school readiness is about more than just knowing letters and numbers — it's about helping children feel confident, curious, and excited to learn. We value the strong foundations built at home and in early years settings, and we work closely with families to support every child’s transition into school life. We have carefully created a transition package that we hope will ensure that all children are ready to flourish and enjoy their journey into education at St Gabriel's Church of England Primary School.
